First, I was wondering if you can buy a printer that has dead pixels? I'm assuming it's okay because the light still hits it, it's just not colored.
Second, how big of a build area can I get with a DLP that's 2200 lumens and 1024 x 768 (I believe that's what it was) while still having good quality?
Thanks for any answers!

Re: A couple questions
To get an idea of resolution just divide the area by the resolution. A 1024x768 projector can print an area 10.24mm x 7.68mm at .1mm XY resolution

Re: A couple questions
Sorry was late and I put the decimal place in the wrong spot. 102.4 x76.8

Re: A couple questions
Why do people say you can't make it as big with a top down?

Re: A couple questions
So to get up to about an 8 inch by 8 inch build, I'd have to spend hundreds on a 1080p projector?
