Thanks for the videos everyone. Seems like we are making some serious progress.
I was curious about everyone's setup specifics. Where are folks getting their lasers from, same with your galvos?
I got my current UV laser from Aixiz, it's their 150W 405nm offering.
I'm having some issues with getting artifacts in my scan process. It def seems to be trying to trace out the image accordingly but I have this random spot that sprouts a bunch of hairs randomly. I can't really take a picture to show.
Are folks calibrating/adjusting anything? So close!

Hi Guys,
AndersonTa you got problems with blanking i think u use channel C for blanking. And what windows version you use because i think there is a
different when u use win7 32 or win7 64bit. U need to test it with win7 32bit because i think there is blanking problem on win7 64bit. Maybe someone else
can try it also if he get problems with this. And what version firmware u use in the lasershark. Version 5 is out on the site from macpod. And add the latest lasershark plugin in CW.
Focus of the laser burninig point i can't get it better then about 2 meter from the mirrors. Maybe we need other lens to get better focus for the laser.
Someone already try to focus laser and can share the results?
Greetings Stimpy

Cleaned up things and mounted it all to a nice plate. I can share the dxf if anyone is interested in making one, though you need to check if it will match your specific components.

Still having some issues with getting clean scans. Talking with Stimpy on IRC makes it sound like it could possible be an issue between 64 bit and 32 bit Windows 7. I will try and see if I can get the same results in switching over. Here is a video of what I am getting when manually previewing a 75mm square.

Hello All / Steve
There are some problems when we use the lasershark on win7 64bit the blanking is not working good i will put 2 links from movie made win7 64bit.
First link is with only connected the lasershark on the computer with win7 64bit.
Second link is with lasershark and webcam that is standing on with win7 64bit.

2. https://www.dropbox.com/s/mqjwm0c69n848 ... 7.mp4?dl=0
When i use the lasershark on win7 32bit everything working fine also make movie from that.

Other thing is it possible to make option in CW that not detect the compoort when we wanna test the lasershark only?
And we are looking for options to focus the laserbeam with the setup that i have and some other peeps the burning point is about 2 meters
from the galvo's with my setup. Maybe we need to make to travel the laserbeam longer with mirrors before it arive by the galvo mirror's or we can change
the focus also with a lens don't know what best options is maybe a combination.
Greetings Stimpy

Re: LaserShark what i have got working.
Hi Guys
Little update about focus point of the laser.
Oke i can change the focus point of my laser module when you lose the part with the 2 holes, behind it is a lens when you turn the lens counter clockwise the beam will focus more to the module when you do it clockwise it go further away from the laser. The part we remove is for light spreading i think i will link some photo's
