another one!

hi guys,
i found some time and decided to get the camera and show my build.
i opted for a flex vat, inspired by HTL desing. instead of using a silicone gasket to secure the fep, i machine a "tongue and groove" ( i dont know if it is the exact word ) in my cnc router, using 10 mm acrylic. The first time i used extruded acrylic, and cleaning the vat with alcohol, it cracked heavily in diferent places. Yesterday machined another one in cast acrylic.
The rest is nothing special:
- t slot aluminum frame and some hdf fiberboard i have lying around.
- acer 6510 and a small servo for shutter function
- chinese linear guide and ballscrew
- electronic and software, arduino, mega 2560 and CW.
I choose funtodo resins to begin testing ( industrial and castable ) and im still at trial and error stage ( this means im a clumsy and still have not take a good print )
in the next days i will post some photos of my wrong attempts and hopefully find the right settings to print at least in 50 microns at xyz.
