Control screen missing in version 1.0.0.75

Take a look at the control screen in version 1.0.0.75. I tried it with three different systems each with a different video card and ranging from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1 and couldn't get anything but a white screen to show up. 1.0.0.54 shows up perfectly.

i had a similar issue first time using .75
In configure, try adding options to machine control, z axis, x y axis, etc ... and click apply changes. i remember i need three o more times selecting diferent options and applying changes until control were in place.
