I'm having a strange issue with my setup- H6510BD with a Prolific USB to Serial controller. It seems like I can only send a few commands (one or two), then the projector stops taking more commands. I'm using the manual control to send the ACER_ON and ACER_OFF commands. I've tried doing some disconnecting and reconnecting but that doesn't seem to fix the issue. Sometimes after reconnecting I'll get a "Projector Driver Not Connected" popup.

This is very strange, as restarting Creation Workshop seems to "reset" something, and I can send commands again. I'm wondering if it's something to do with the projector itself, perhaps?

I was looking at the serial connection with a serial port monitor and it looks like it doesn't even try to send the command. Not sure what's going on, but I can try other debugging steps if you can suggest them. I'm not meaning for you to do all the work for me

I have a problem I can not solve:
after throwing slice the projector projects the first slice for about 15 seconds before starting the printing process.
Where should I intervene?
The Acer P1500 projector is used.
