Issue with PDMS

Hi All,
I have an issue with FDM everytime i print it fail as the FDM film break and the result is as the pics shown.
Anyone knows how to solve this problem?

As you say probably too much exposure. Some quick suggestions:
I find the base settings and calibration pegs from the littlerp site useful for setting exposure.
Set it just enough so that all the pegs print across the build platform.
Keep retraction rate high ~200mm/min

This looks promising.
The method I use for setting 'just enough' exposure across the build platform is:
Lower exposure so only the center pegs are printing ok and the outer pegs only partially form.
Nb to save time you often only need to print a few layers to see this. Initially you can check via the mirror.
Boost exposure until the outer pegs just print ok. Typically this is about ~20% longer exposure.
When you are close you can check the diameter of the pegs for consistency (2mm).
The build platform an print alignment can be corrected by adjusting the height of projector and refocusing.
