LittleRP with BenQ TH681+ projector

Hi,
My LittleRP are now finished and I am now trying to fit my projector correctly. Does anyone have any guidelines on how to fit the BenQ TH681+ projector?
Or any other general guidelines on how far away from the mirror you should min-max place the projector? For me the holes doesnt fit so I guess I have to drill som of my own.
I tried the projector without have it mounted and I noticed that it is kind of hard to get a sharp image all over. Either it is blured at the bottom or the top. I have tried fix it with keystone and focus/zoom, also tried angle the projector up and down. It seems that it is easier to get a sharp image if the projector stands atleast 75 mm away from the mirror (if I measure from the middle of the mirror), is this too far away? As I said, Non of the pre-set holes seems to fit at this distance...
