Ah yes I had the same problem, you just need to really really rough up the aluminium build plate (a lot).

You could also be overcuring you might try lowering the cure time on the subsequent layers. too much cure makes it stick to the vat bottom with more force. its a balancing act between adhesions and enough cure.

More cure on the subsequent layers or just the base layers?
I was saying the layers after the base might be overcuring. The first several layers need to be blasted (overcured), the ones after that should be as undercured as possible while still maintaining details and structure. it will make the pdms last longer among other good things.

Makerjuice SubSF doesn't stick to the build plate as well as the Madesolid MS Resin in my experience, so I think roughening up the plate will solve the issue. Like the other posters it does need to have some pretty decent scratching on the surface.
