Hi everyone
I've made my own machine and bought some B9 cherry resin to test. Everything was alright and calibrated but I was really shocked that my projector couldn't cure the B9 cherry. I tested other kind of materials like EC500 from envisiontec. They are alright and I can work with them but not with B9 cherry. My projector is Vivitek D555.
Can anyone help me? what is wrong with my projector?

How far away is your projector from the resin? How well did the EC500 cure at that distance?

I'm using 100 micron. I'm well aware of printing process and I get good results with other resins but amazingly my projector won't cure just B9 Cherry. I think the problem is about uv filters. Am I right?

It's possible. How long are you exposing the B9 to your light source? How far away is the projector from the vat?

I did the exposure for around 40 seconds to test. I told you I made the projector 100 microns and the distance is less than 30 cm.

I think the D555 lumens is 3500. I also tried different kind of vivitek even a 1080p vivitek projector. But I had no success. The B9 itself uses vivitek projectors.
Sorry I didn't understand your question.

Remove the UV filter from the lamp.

With the b9 cherry you are going to need to remove the UV filter from the projector bulb.

Once I removed the uv filter from a vivitek projector and the projector burned. I'm a little worried to do this again.
