I post a question on my google+ and people tell me to come here asking for help.
Who can recommend me an open-source, resin 3D printer? Now I could only find form 1+ but it's not open source and those ones like Carbon3D is still not available to buy...better assembled, don't need much DIY works.
please help.

If you don't require a large build area check out the LittleRP. The creator is active on this forum and he has run one of the best Kickstarter campaigns I've ever seen.

I built SeeMeCNC's DropLit kit and was printing in less than 8 hours.

Nautilus,
Pretty darn good, depending on what you want to print. I think it is just as precise as much more expensive printers and everything is open source so you can print as large as 300mmx230mm (low resolution) or high resolution <30um small prints. The developer is always coming up with improvements.
