Build Your Own SLA/SLS

Hi guys,

I made my own setup. Acer P1500 projector, Flex bottom VAT (With FEP film). But i have few problems with printing. I use Turkish Resin suplier (oo-kuma).
While printing the light is spread. When i decrease exposure time the problem is not solved. Could you help me please?

Are you sure your projector is well focused? those supports looks really big...
Anyway I had many leak problems at first, main causes are often excessive exposure time, insufficient pigmentation, and support plate reflection. Just try one little change at each print an you'll find the cause.

Projector focused well. My build plate sandblasted so it is matte. I cannot add pigment because i cannot find. I said my suplier to increase pigment of resin. Now, im trying to decrease intensity of light with projector settings and increase exposure times.

I've had good luck with Fun to do resins, they have alot of pigment.

I ordered FTD Castable Blend. It is on the way, i hope the problmen will be solved.
