Top down @ 100 microns. SubG+. Torso is 8" overall height.

Ugly lines on the torso were due to a stir cycle that I had operating every N cycles. Not a good idea. It's critical that each layer process be exactly the same. Even a few extra seconds more or less of settling time will cause a difference in that layer which you can see here.

Also, there is a bit of dirt on these from laying around in the garage...

Nice work Gmoney what orientation was that head printed? Looks like serious undercuts there that came out nice. I'm having problems with undercuts on my top down, any tips for that? Are these hollow?

The head was printed upside down with supports at the top just behind where you can see from this angle.

Yes, both were hollow. Besides wasting resin in my experience printing these solid would be nearly impossible. The stress that builds in large sections tends to rip everything to shreds.

how does the support side look? I've been having trouble with really screwed up, dimpled surfaces on support facing sides.

Well, no dimples but I use 3 or 4mm dia solid posts for supports in most cases. Point contact supports are better for removal and clean up but when they result in failed 6 hour builds (coming apart due to stress) they start to seem less desirable.

I have use makerjuice subG+ .It's transparent resin . but you model look opaque resin. How do you do or what type of pigment that you use.

i like resin look opaque like ceramics.

Interesting..so you're supports have no taper at the tips?

Do you have a sweet spot suggest for wall thickness?

What printer is this on btw (custom build or something else)? Don't see it mentioned here...

And what software do you use to hollow your parts?
