my printer use 2 pieces 10 wat led chips and for resin funtodoo i use for 30microns layer time 7,5 sek...
i was replace screew and control board with original arduino with ramps and install nano dlp
(slicing in creation workshop is very very slow)
now I am printing ok but it need little better settings.. i have installed only 2 days
I want print with makerjuice wax cast this resin need wave lenght 365nm i need change led chip with new one but I dont now how many wat chip can be used for this display (risk of damage) i need some reference from users of higher wat chips (accuracy, time of exposure, display lifetime)
have somebody some informations?

Okieee...

..ther's a 40mm-ish wide and 20mm-ish height unusable falloff around the whole build plate...this is with 8sec of exposure.

Led being 20wor possibly 30w...as I may have got the first led upgrade of this printer...

..anyways...using a mask could solve it...but would likely double my exposure time...not having that...

..so I guess it's time to look at a LED array upgrade !!

Potentially scary but has to be done

Prints perfectly at 8sec / 30micron...but only in an area of 40x40mm-ish.

Anyone who upgraded with an array and is up for giving some advice ???

Need help, my miniSD in the RPI is corrupt and no start more the photonic and machine.
Some of the friends, could give me a copy of the image file
and have my printer live again, the seller said that my warranty is over and can not help me.
know the file is big but I do not know what else to do.

Upgrade 32W UV LED 405nm for KLD1260 with NanoDLP.

Hi, I have finish it.
- UV LED module 32 W 405nm at 40 Volts / 0.9 Ampere
- LED Driver MeanWell LCM 40 with dimming function 0-10Volts.
- 2 resistors as voltage reducer for the LED driver.
- CPU Cooler with sink lowest possible.

I was at 18 seconds / layers with my very thick resin from china, and now down at 6 seconds. without reflector yet.
I use the original output of the UV LED to control the driver LCM40. the output M106 S255 give a 12 volts output, so need 2 resistors of 220 Ohms and 1.5KOhms to downs the voltage to 10 volts, and connect this to the DIM connector of the LCM40.
Plug the 220 Volt and the new UV LED and voila.

I have to invert my front panel to place the switch ON/OFF up side down.
Will have to fix the driver on the back panel.
and drill some opening to give more air circulation.

As the cpu cooler is very large, every thing is cool down good.

Now lets see for the life time of the screen...
