Hello!
Since i believe that my lcd and the rest of the printer works fine, do you guys think my failed print (picture in my earlier posts) is due to bad leveling?
Or is there another possible reason? I manually positioned the platform close to the lcd without the tray and adjusted the four screws in such a way, that i could easily move a paper underneath it. Then i adjusted the optical endstop so that it barely triggered in exactly that position.
Edit: As you can see in the picture, the model's square base is visible, so the lcd seems to project correctly. From the first lifting of the platform i could hear loud motor noises and the platform seemed stuck. I left the cure times by their default, which is: 55500 ms for 2 bottom layers and 8500 for the rest of the layers. Is that too long?
Thank you!!
Jan

I increased voltage on the step motor... Maybe all your problem is because of this.Or you have problem with LSD(it can flickers)

I think it's a leveling problem on my end. Is it possible that the prints tend to stick to the FEP when it's still a little sticky from the last print?
I tried to print the Rook Tower but it got stuck to the FEP. At some point it must have floated away because there are two footprints.

Thank you malamen!
The motor works fine and no more noises. But the prints still don't stick to the platform.. Check out the picture, the resolution is perfect and the LCD works fine too. It must be wrong leveling, don't you think? Is it better to be too close to the lcd than too far away? This time i used 55500 ms for four bottom layers and 8500 ms for the rest of the layers at 0.05 mm slice thickness. This is the model i tried to print: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:694163
