Looks like in the states you can pick up the Winbook TW800 from microcenter which has a usb 3.0 port for $80 not so much in Europe.... The search continues

the problem is finding a cheap tablet with usb 3.0 The cheapest I've found in europe is around 200 euros. Just looking some more says it works on usb 2.0 also...

On one edge they were all wiring and on the other edge half of them were working. I cured it on a white screen on the half with all of them working

Hi guys,
Back from my vacation.
My displaydriver has arrived and my Surface Pro 2 will act as host.
Great news about curing on iPad screen with stock backlight.
PS. For Europeans buying iPad-screens ... go to your local phone-repair-shop.
I got one for 50 USD.
Test will run hot during weekend.
Exited to see some more experiments from guys as well.
