Having a large screen and high resolution is the best thing to have but these two are opposite.
I wonder of is this possible to use two projector and one software controls them.
Using two projector? Is it possible?

It is possible. Ilios did it a few years ago (non-affiliated with them and don't recommend). I believe it was used to duplicate prints.
An interesting idea - depending on your build plate and resolution of each projector would be to use in this configuration:
http://www.piwall.co.uk/
In this method - theoretically it could be hooked up to the nanpdlp system and use one Pi as the master and the other Pi's as the slaves. The number of Pi's possible to put in the chain is pretty mind-boggling.
