Obviously, you need good native resolution. 1920 * 1080 is good, bigger is better.
And you need short focus, or you could not fit projected image to small VAT.

Re: How to configure firmware/software for tilt option?
It seems, CNC Shield is different from standard Little RP Shield. And the instruction was intendant only for Little RP.
I installed old 1.0.36 CW, and just enabled Tilt options in it. Then, connect my tilt driver to X axis. Now, it is moving!

How to configure firmware/software for tilt option?
I have got my CNC Shield recently. But no luck with making it work properly. Z-axis is good, but Y (tilt-axis) is unreachable from CW. I am using Creation Workshop RC54 for Tilt. As was said here http://www.littlerp.com/?page_id=55 , I had set some new GBRL parameters: $1 = 415.00 and $7 = 128. Then...

If you are from Russia, then consider domestic dlp/sla printers. And domestic resins are relatively cheap.

Re: Any opinions on the Slash machine?
I don't like this idea.
For SLA/DLP technology, the printing speed is measured by height/time, not by volume/time.
It is meaningless, to print big solid flat objects.

Re: Need Little RP Shield alternative
Firecardenal, thank you for advice!
Then, I'll just switch from Little RP Shield to Cnc shield.

Need Little RP Shield alternative
Hi! Little RP Maker Tilt Kit is out of stock now. And I am not good with soldering.
Is there any alternative for Little RP Shield, with more than one axis support?

Re: resolutions you can achieve on littleRP
I have got roughly 30 micron resolution with Acer P1500. 65,5 * 37 mm build area.
But It is only possible with the projector modification. Without mod, you can't focus properly to small area.

Re: Shrinkage?
Recently, I have tried some cheap local (Made in Russia) experimental resin. It was printable, but all models were significantly short in Z-axis, maybe 10%-20% compare to X and Y. And straight vertical walls were not actual straight but curved. Now, I am printing with FunToDo resins and have no majo...

Re: Anti-backlash Nut worn out
Sorry, I forgot to answer to this thread. It was not a problems with mechanic or electronics. My PC was the cause of that. CPU was to weak to transfer G-code to Arduino, and it is results in loosing steps. http://www.buildyourownsla.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=4974 Now, my prints are not bad: ...
