You can also find it on Taobao.com, but I have no idea the additional hassles that adds. My friend purchased from taobao in china, but to send to other countries might be more complex. It was $443 or so, but I assume shipping is extra as well.

I don't have any experience with it, but there is a google plus group for "open sla" and several people there have this printer and could probably help you out.

Thanks, sorry to hear. I haven't heard too much else about it in the last few days. I wonder if you have a bad led. I can't imagine it would be normal to have such variation in output from print to print. It seems much more likely there is uneven light across the screen. Sucks that it seems yours ha...

Re: Retina iPad Display
Just to add a bit of info, I have the 7.9in retina display and it does not have the large metal back. I am not sure about the UV filter, or if it can be removed. I can cure resin with a solitary 410nm led, but when I put the 7.9in screen in the way of 10 x 700ma leds nothing cures after 30+ seconds....

I appreciate the comments.
Any idea what is causing the wattage fluctuations?
If you were to build 10 of the chess pieces at once, would they all turn out okay (or all fail)? Or is it uneven across the screen as well?

Okay, now I'm in the correct thread. First of all, thanks everyone for sharing photos and info. How plug-in-and-go is this thing? If I have resin, could I get the software installed and a test print in the first few hours? Sounds like there isn't too much to put together. Long term, it seems one wou...

Resins and color mixing (multicolor)
I always wondered about the ability to mix different dyes, unequally throughout, and perhaps at different times, to make multicolored prints. I've yet to actually see one. I believe the peachy printer website lists it as a possibility. My guess is that the different amount of light absorption betwee...

Re: Aspect Ratio Changing Mid Print
I guess it could also have been a problem with going into a screensaver and when it came out the resolution was changed? Some projectors deal with resolution settings in weird ways. I know I used to get very irritated with some of my older projectors when it went from one display to the next. It may...
