Re: Is this Ok for Z-axis?
Thank you for answer. But I`m worried about 8 mm pitch. So at one rotation of stepper motor the platform will move 8 mm. If I use 1.8°/step stepper driver in 1/8 microstep mode will my system be precise enough? Taking a calculator should give you the ability to easily calculate the precision in z-a...

I´m waiting for a group of students of mine which are building a furnace unit and when i´m ordering their parts, i´m also ordering mine in the same order. i hope to get started in the next weeks. Next week i´ll develop the powder printer and hopefully i can place the needed components in the same o...

Yes, i´ve tested Koch Nano Coating without positive outcome. It´s a bit less sticking, but overall it´s still to much.

Viscositity from different resin?
hello guys,
does one know a source where viscosity from different resins was measured?
I´m thinking about creating a top-down version with heated resin for lowering the viscosity.
thanks again,
Daniel

you really did it? Amazing job!
what kind of power unit for the steppers are you using? i think i got it... you are using the stock power controller, just take the arduino as connection between your computer and the controller?!

Re: Laser SLA reprap
I'd like to say that over the past few days, I've been working with Jeff from MacPod to integrate the LaserShark galvo driver board into CW. The LaserShark board provides a raster display of 4096x 4096 images. In CW, I'm treating it as a new display type. I received my LaserShark board Saturday in ...
