Below is a link to the spacer stl that has been modified to help with draining after a print. It was based on one from thingiverse by Wookbert. Note its best to print in PLA since the resin softens the ABS.

Re: New to LittleRP, some basic questions
I've also recently setup a couple of littlerps. Below are some suggestions: Focus? I used a piece of wet tissue in the dish. If you use the red calibration grid in creation workshop it is not too bright and easy to work with. Depending on your eye sight you may also want to use a lense or usb micros...

Re: Supports done in B9 and CW not showing up as solid??
Nb apparently "convert to solid" should not be used in the support generation menu for SLA supports.

Re: Smallest Support Tip Diameter that can be used?
I also have problems with divots, particularly if the supports are snapped off after UV. Below are some methods I use to reduce this problem: - For fine parts I decrease the tip size from 0.34 to about 0.24mm diameter. I usually also increase exposure by about 25% and ensure the focus is accurate so...

Re: Supports done in B9 and CW not showing up as solid??
I've had similar problems with supports, meshmixer and slicing in CW. Below are some suggestions that helped with my prints: -Use autodesk print studio to generate supports. This is free and has been the most reliable for my work. I used the 'ember' default settings then increased strut clearance an...

Re: Best projector for LittleRP? - Tried Acer H6510BD and it's fuzzy at the corners and upper part
I also had similar problems when setting up an Acer 6510BD. To improve the extent of the focus I moved the projector back to the 3rd hole with 3 spacers and slightly 'over' focused the central and lower region. My eye sight is dodgy so I used a usb microscope to help fine tune the focus using the gr...

Re: Exposure issues
I also had severe light bleed when using the same V2 resin and projector. As Brad suggests it needs extra blocker. Adding black pigment worked well. For 30um slicing I added 2% volume of black pigment from makerjuice and increased the exposure to 5.5s Nb This pigment settles and needs stirring befor...
