Hi all,
What are folks using to clean their flex-vats? I was switching between resins today and tried to clean my vat out and wound up making the whole thing cloudy.

Re: Cleaning FEP
it'll be cloudy till you add more resin. If youre not using acrylic for any part of your vat then you can use Isopropyl alcohol 99% to clean it and your printed parts of uncured resin.

And that cloudiness doesn't interfere with the next print?

I believe that either IPA or additional resin dissolves the cloudiness. Since IPA can be damaging to vats, it may be safer just leave it cloudy. After filling the vat with resin and looking at the underside, the cloudiness seems to disappear.
