thank you, looks pretty promising! I have yet to see crisp edges on the Build platform facing side The cube held by the grey gorilla looks nice though!

I bet your talking about bleed - my trick...any bottom edge that I want flat I'll grow straight from the platform. Haven't seen anything that doesn't do this. The cubes were printed this way...I buggered up the white...actually printed two and screwed them both up cubes are 6.25mm or so.

I'm talking about any flat build surface with supports facing the build platform, there is always bleed, irregular surface most pronounced around the supports. The qubes for the gorilla these were printed directly on the platform with no supports..
Can't wait to see your results!

Finally!
the FTD took some getting used to, but it's really nice now. In standard configuration the Red resin is waaay too transparent for 50micron Z, sadly. After adding about 1% of pigment to the premixed red, my results were fantastic. After about 15 minutes in my custom 15Watt UV chamber (pictures will follow), the material becomes very nice to the touch and has excellent looks.
here's what i have (50 micron Z, 6000ms 4layers bottom, 1600ms/layer): coin 20mm dia

Incredible,
I really want to see a build guide, do you have one?

@MichaelD33 - can you describe what you mean by a build guide? Are you referring to how the model is setup and supported for the prints?
Have a few more images to share: The green (Industrial Blend) prints were grown in the 75 micron xy and 38 micron z slices - the grey prints are at 50xy and 38z (Alpha Grey blend).
