Re: New MakerJuice SF Resin
What are people using for cure times with this resin? I have a 2200 lumen projector at .1mm xy at 140mm x 105mm. That means I have about 15 lumens/cm^2.
For SF at 50 microns I have to use a 10 second cure time, which seems to be causing banding around my part...
I am testing 15 microns right now but it seems that 5.5 seconds is enough time to cure it now...
I also noticed that my parts are oblong. I printed a circular cap at a 45 degree angle with the opening up. When it finished it was very oval.
Any ideas?
I'm using a flex bottom vat by the way. The next time I clean it and switch resin I will take pictures of it and post them.
