nice job. and most important, seems no problems at all in your first print. time to tune settings.
what resin are you curing?

Re: DLP Printer, FlexVat, Germany
Why do you use acrylic instead of glass under ptfe?

Re: DLP Printer, FlexVat, Germany
@Steve: thanks
@how_eee: I use acrylic because i had to drill holes into it, to tension the ptfe film. Also small holes to remove the vacuum between the ptfe and the acrylic bottom...

Hallo Matze,
I am from Germany, too.
Nice setup and good looking first prints!
Do you use for peeling an asymetric lift of the build platform like mUVe 1?
After a unsuccessful bargain of a Form1 clone on ebay I decided to diy a dlp printer.
regards
Alex

Re: DLP Printer, FlexVat, Germany
Hallo Alex
Thanks a lot. It took a few days of calibration and trying out different build platforms/vats, but I'm finally finished with the hardware part. I'm using a FlexVat similar to this (http://projectsinterestsandetcetera.com ... m-flexvat/).
I think it's the best way to design a vat. It's really fast and it takes about 10 minutes to exchange the PTFE film once it's worn out or damaged. Good luck and PM me if you have any questions.
regards,
Matthias
