The plastc parts on the printer are polypropylene cut out on a cnc router.

I see you have a wiring diagram up for the Arduino now, should check your blog more often.
Is this for the Uno or the Megs 2560 or would it matter either way? I ask as I have 2 2560's on hand but I can pick up a Uno across town if need be.

The software/hardware should work fine with a 2560. also, if you are using A4988's for drivers you may want to put heatsinks on them.
