Hello everyone, finally I have almost finished my top-down printer, there are still a few things to do.
For the realization I used:
Acer H6510BD projector + mask realized with https://www.patreon.com/GarageScience
stepper motor for Z axis
Z axis and construction platform made with cnc
Hitec HS300 servo (or other) as a shutter between slices
arduino 1 rev.3 + GRBL shield + grbl / servo controller (https://github.com/robottini/grbl-servo)
stepper motor for possible wiper blade installation
resin floating on salt water.
As soon as possible I enclose photos of details of the test prints
Thanks to everyone for the posts that allowed me to make the 3D printer.

Re: 3D printer top-down
I enclose the first photos of the tests with the 31mm model. x 21mm x 10mm. all performed at 50 microns with exposure that goes from 3 sec. at 1.85 sec.e waiting between one slice and another of 10sec. We still have to work a bit on the times and other things but there are almost. Processing time about 1 hour and 45 min. for the 21mm. of height of the object without noise and practically no harassing odor. (the photos are not the best). Soon other tests.

Re: 3D printer top-down
Here is the main problem that I find in the new test prints: the part towards the construction plate about half up is wrinkled and devoid of details while the upper part is well defined. The ring with the gecko on half of the circumference is wrinkled and the other half a part is wrinkled and the upper part perfectly smooth and well defined. Expression times are: exposure time 1.55 sec. (1.85 for the gecko) - bottom exposure 8 sec - bottom layers 3 - lift and sequence time 8 sec - slice tickness 0.050 mm.

Re: 3D printer top-down
Today I added another resin bringing the level to 3 cm. I tried to reprint the ring with the gecko but it came like yesterday's. Then I tried with this twisted pendant (2h and 20 min - 5.3 cm.) It came fairly well as it did not have large walls like in a ring, but the problem of roughness always in the part facing the construction plate remains , and as seen in the ring on the top of the pendant there is a problem of pouring in practice too much exposure to light in this case 1.65 sec .. tomorrow I will try to lower the exposure time to 1 or 1.2 sec . We'll see what comes out. Another thing to do is to perfectly fit the whole Z axis with respect to the plane of the projector because I noticed slight displacements along the printed piece.

Re: 3D printer top-down
I'm continuing with the tests, but there continues to be a problem of bleeding on all the prints in the side facing the construction plate, if I decrease the exposure time many small details do not get well and the problem remains. I use resin FTD RED Castable, Acer H6510BD projector, distance 50 microns, in the configuration of the projector I found the brightness set to +75, and I changed this value to +30. I am running new tests and I have brought the exposure time to 2.10 sec. but it is still too much. I will do other tests with 1.85 sec . I have also noticed that in the spaces too small instead of remaining the space the resin fills them closing them.

In these points between the settings there should be a void and instead they are closed, at the bottom you can see that the surface of the ring is rough.
