Hi guys
I am new on this forum. It is my first 3d printer. I was buy it on aliexpres from James (china) and I have problem with this printer.. The screw moves only up not down (movement up is fluent). When i give command go to home position it moves up.. I was reinstal software on rapsbery and on arduino too nothing is changed.. can it bee software or hardware problem?
Can somebody help me?

problem fixed
it was broken cable from end stop not visible damaged but broken i was changed cable and printer works.. 4 days of testing

Provide to the seller the working printers!!!
to start it would be good.
