This printer has a constructive defect and the real print is 150-200 microns XY

the distance from the screen to the resin, the size of the pixels,LED beam angle and calculation the trapezoid+ light bleed

The pixel is just so big as you say, but only the blue pixel work. You can calculate the bleeding. Calculate the rest, I am sure in my. Just for experiment, try to print something thinner than 250 microns XY. I guarantee that will not happen.
