I'm using the chinese resin too, but all is okay for me.

By the way, please be sure you are using Support Generation as well as Support Base Plate (the "+" menu on the left side of the CWS interface).

have somebody installed 50 or more wats led chip?
and how it works? lifetime of display, additional cooling, and precision of prints with single and multiple chips...
time per layer before modification and after and some photos?
i need use wax resins but this printer have low power for cure this in normal time i need improve it

I have had the Duplicator 7 for about a week and it being my first SLA printer, its been a struggle to get it all figured out. Currently trying to set up a mask so large and multiple object prints actually turn out.

This thread came up in my search for solutions and I would greatly appreciate any assistance or if someone has a mask for the original printer, im happy to start there.

Not sure you need a mask..?

..correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the mask function just for DLP owners who got projectors with broken pixels ?

..all you do is make sure all items are within the build envelope and at the zero plane...

..and they should slice fine + print ?

Provided your timings are right for the resin and the duplicator 7 screen display the slices.

Ah yes !

Guess we'll find out soon as I'm planning to print a large object the coming week or two that will not only fill the whole platform, but also be at an angle and 100+ mm Z.

If the light is uneven it will make that idea crash and burn... ..if not... ..the mask won't be needed.

Good to hear someone else is using nanodlp for these printers...I'm on the yhd-101 20w from jamesluis.

Very similar to the duplicator so if that one has problems with edge printing...likely so does mine.

Wellsee if the 1.5mm supports on the full plate model I'm making will print adequacy this week...

If they fail...I'll be upgrading the LED...don't want longer exposure for the whole bed just to even out the light.

from my understanding, the Duplicator 7 uses a 30w array.

I am not going to tinker with the D7 today as it can print things in the center just fine (the middle 60mm seems to be safe) and i need to crank out some prints today. I also need to make some progress on finishing the D-Bot FDM machine.

I am hoping that in the meantime, someone smarter than me will have some input so i am not back to banging my head against the wall tomorrow.
