Here is a photo of a 405 UV panel that I made its about 20 watts of 5050 UV Led's. I'm not happy with the output so I will be adding 10 3 Watt led's which will increase the output to 50 Watts which will be more than enough for 3-4 seconds curing rates at .050 and less for .025 This is a work in progress for a new build I'm doing.

I changed my mind about the Z axis goodness,
after spending a bit of time to adjust the wheels ball, (thanks to the advice Russiangems) and calibration of the plate, the Proniks gave amazing results! straight vertical walls without undulations and sharp edges, apart from 9 second per layer (50 microns) the printer ,if well calibrated goes so well, even without changes

My first print

I spent Saturday disassembling and assembling the printer, tightening, adjusting (for example the end stop for Z was not set).

Because there is no instruction at all, its not recommended printer for beginners.
Still the wifi is not working, but at least I can download the job, and disconnect the printer from the PC.

Sunday was a day for printing

I did a rook (Form 1 sample) which was made for MAKE 2015 SLA printout comparison. To have a possibility to find out problems, and compare with the results from MAKE magazine competition

The result is easily on par with them, and better than some of prints there

Printed with 3 base layers, 90 sec.
No support
Each layer 9 sec.
FunToDo resin Standard Blend.
35 microns
Not sure about printing time, some 4-5 hours.

Has anyone had any luck with .1mm resolution using FTD Industrial Blend? I have .05mm working well, but I'm having layer adhesion issues moving up to 100 micron. I'd like to cut the print time down when doing some testing.

When I try to print, the message "Failed Can not read input file" appears and printing stops in photonic3d. What is the problem?\

Has anyone experienced the same problem as you?
