How about this https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1920-12 ... 92854.html
We can protect it: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/9H-Temp ... 15689.html
point size in a matrix of less than 100 microns
this printer will be accurate enough and inexpensive.

Also, we can use UV led 3014 Like this: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/e27-5w- ... 07474.html
we can get 15 watts if the tape is pasted on the perimeter of the matrix 9 inches

And why all use UV LED?
UV lamp cheaper and powerfull: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/LED-Bul ... 21595.html

maybe you use a x86 computer and he is using cw host, doing the slicing job in a raspberry.

in this case I recommend the use of Nanodlp, he can upload zip files PNG, previously prepared in slice (on a PC), in few seconds

I see the "Instant" slicing when I use CW with my PC and printer directly connected, but when I enable the "Export Slices to CWS" option in CW to upload the file to Photonic3D on my Pi, slicing takes a very long time. Is this option not necessary?

I tried to export the files to disk and effectively uses more time (in my case 6 minutes), so I prefer to connect the Proniks to a dedicated PC because in the end, the RB Pi processor is not sufficiently powerful and consequently fast, you have to choose between the advantages and disadvantages of both OS, professional 3D printers are anyway connected to a powerful PC

Hello mandrea

CW: I tried to slice 35 microns, 50 microns and 100 microns. The same object. Always getting 540 slidesc. Strange for me. I thought , if I slice 100 microns, I will get less slides, then if I slice 50 microns. But no. Still the same. If you will have time, can you try on a small object?
Of course I am changing the resolution, Applying it. Saving objects always with a different name.
Thanks
Laco
