Re: 5.5 inch (2560x1440p LCD) with UV LED array for under $600. :Proniks Sla 3d Printer,
Hi all, found this thread looking for info about this printer and, while I was thinking about to build one, I think that I will try this one first and I would ask a couple of advices.
Should I choose a Raspberry equipped one or the vanilla model?
Which seller to choose from AliExpress? Here I have read some positive feedback for seller "jamesluis1162", other sellers are slightly cheap (FA-HA store).
Any help will be appreciated.

Help needed
After first successful print (rook) Im starting having problems.
1st. The display is starting to delaminate ? Strange spots appear on the display. Any suggestion, what is the cause?
2nd. The printed objects stick to FEP, not to the Build plate Just one object stick to build plate, rest to the FEP.
3th. The Objects look like ... Layers not bonded together
Printed with 2 base layers, 85 sec.
No support
Each layer 14,5 sec.
FunToDo resin Standard Blend.
50 microns
(cabel protectors was the idea)
My questions: what is the recommended distance between Build plate and LCD? I set it up to 100 microns (thickness of paper, - measured). Then inserted the VAT with FEP (FEP has 100 microns too.) So, theoretically the Build plate touches the FEP in VAT.
Any suggestion will help.
Thanks

Hello RUSSIANGEMS
Yes, it looks like a thin piece of glass. (It looks, actually, the same as : when I put the HD LCD protector on my phone, and I am not pressing enough, there will remain the same spots. Need to clear with some plastic.)
The Z axis looks solid, no sideways movement.
Imagines not bleeding trough...What do you mean? Will check, if will know what )))
And, what is the distance of the Build plate to the LCD? To the FEP in VAT?
Is there any rule?
Thanks for your help.

Hello RUSSIANGEMS
I checked the Build plate with the paper, from all 4 corners. It looks, sitting well, its parallel, it is flat. No one side is higher or lower (no any corner)
