Hi everyone,
I have purchase this machine for 4 months already, and it is working nearly 24/7.
Will I purchase again this machine? Definitely.
I am using it to make technical and mechanical parts, means for me I care about surface finish, dimensions tolerances, pats assembling and parts deformations. AND THIS MACHINE DOES THE JOB.
To continue with LacoDeLoco previous post, when you have adjust this machine correctly, you will get very good products. But it is not perfect out of the box.
Surface finish = printing at 0.05mm high + very good adjustment of Z axis, you will get good machine.
Tolerances = the screen as a resolution of 0.05mm. At this price this is exceptional. But the main problem in fact is the shrinkage of the resin not the machine. When you buy resin you must check this! Most of the resins are at 1.5 to 2.5% shrinkage, meaning for 100mm print, after UV curing and shrink stabilization ~24 hrs. Your part will only be at ~ 97.5mm. Shrinkage in X,Y and shrinkage in Z can also be different.! Solution is to design your part, learn your resin shrinkage by tests, and scale your design accordingly before printing. Or find resin at 0.5% shrinkage.
Major defects for this machine, if I can say so!
The Screen is very fragile and do not like bending at all. This bending happen generally when you do homing with VAT full of resin. Due to viscosity, you will put pressure on the LCD every time you go down and finally break it! I have done it! When homing, place only few spoons of resin inside the tray, do you’re homing, then fill the tray. repeat the process for every new print. For people who can modify Sprinter firmware, change the homing speed. A MUST.
Calibration is pain, but when done, it’s OK for long time.
When you receive it, keep in mind, that it has been assembled in small shop and sent like that.
The support is center in the tray? NO,
The support is flat and parallel to the screen? NO,
The homing distance is correct? NO,
And most important Z wobbles. Print tall rectangle and check Z surface. If see many lines, then you have to readjust the bearings and lose little the Z brass 4 screws.
Wish that can help you. Have good prints.

Im using Fun to Do resin.
0,5 % shrinkage.
No problem with calibration.
But anyway, you always need to check the dimensional accuracy, and adjust the proportion of the printed item.

I just ordered this one for $588 w/out raspi3 (). I'll let you know how it goes with unboxing pics+shipping condition+components review upon delivery. Should I just go ahead and order FunToDo resin? Seems like the Industrial blend is what people are using... are there alternatives I should look into that will work with this printer? I'm all about best bang-for-the-buck

To: OSCAR
you always need to calibrate the printer to respective resin (resin shrinkage).
You do it once, then you are always spot on.

Acquired screen - https://ru.aliexpress.com/item/11-11-Pr ... 010608.0.0. 7ikqoQ
Mipi taken away - https://ru.aliexpress.com/item/5-5-inch ... 17264.html
When the compound is heated and the LED is blinking - the image does not display.
We need to change the firmware?
When connecting the original LSD - everything is OK.

Hi all:
I just got the KLD printer today. But I find out that the printer has a very bad documentation. Can anyone sharing screen capture of Creation Workshop 's configure machine and configure slicing profile. ?
And Do I need any adjustment on Z home position ?
Thank
