returning to our printer,
I believe that by putting a 50-watt UV LED and a Fresnel lens, this Proniks has a lot of potential
5.5 inch (2560x1440p LCD) with UV LED array for under $600. :Proniks Sla 3d Printer,

Now this could be a great printer, but it does need a lot of work!
I thought I would give it one more try today, but it did not work and this time neither did the LCD display all I got was a blue streak going across from the screen and no image of the ring I was going to attempt to print. So Now either the LCD screen is gone or the HDMI mother board. And the Z-Axis has developed a lot of play.
Still waiting for AliExpress to settle my claim they have until the 2nd.
Folks if you want problems than buy this machine it will drive you CRAZY!
And my advice to all is WAIT until they fix the many problems and improve on quality control.
Remember buyer beware!

I've only made one print so far but it seems (so far) I've escaped all the trouble I've heard of here.
The print I got out of it looked amazing.
Part I guess is lucky enough to have a good z screw... ..other part I reckon is using a raspberry pi and nanodlp...when I took the pc out the loop it worked so much better.
So far only one print...so wellsee in a few weeks if I still have hair to tear off my head haha
Anyone on this list with some successful prints to show ??
Pretty please ?

Hi Finhead,
I've been getting good prints sofar,
i've printed 4 prints sofar until i went back to my raspberry pi development. which is ready now.. now i need a long enough utp cable. I only print in my garage and for my raspberry pi I need LAN connection:)
In the mean time I have order 2 additional resin tanks.. they are pre-tensioned. on of the tanks had has a punctured fep upon arrival.. .. arg.. Need to use my spare film on that one, but the screws are philips screw head, and i actually broke 2 screws.. arggg!!.. need to figure out how to remove them.
I hae orderd hex screw(M3x8mm) and Torx Screw to replace the original screws.. should make my life much much better. i've tried to persuade the manufacterer to put in the hex or torx screws.. I hope he will follow up on that. its a small effort i think..
the next print i want to do is the K4 crystal from george its just an awsome print to do
- explained here
I found a long enough UTP cable to my garage.. doing my first ever 'real' print via the raspberry pi now..
cpu load and memory load looks great
great success!!!
result of the print with raspberry pi, running windows iot
nr base layers: 3
base layer time: 75000
standar layer time: 10000
Second print started:
nr slices: 1506
nr base layers: 3
base layer time: 75000
standar layer time: 10000
youtube of start link:
Resin: Fun-to-do Industrial blend

cheers,
hp

Wow very nice k4 crystal, HP! Congrats! How long did you print this?
I wonder if The Uv/led module from uniz can be used for this printer.
Thanks!
