Hello;
UV purple (395-400nm) US $ 115.99

http://www.ebay.com/itm/191333036602?_t ... EBIDX%3AIT
Do not rush to buy this prefabricated UV led light, I am just not in the position to post the results at this time, but seems to be promising and inexpensive solution. I am waiting for the arrival of 200 watts UV 405nm chip.

Regards

Saeed

Nice, but the spacing on the LED's seems to be quite far apart. You would need wide angle lenses and have it a good distance from the LCD to get even lighting.

Ive managed to get 80 LED's in nearly the same area which means more even lighting and quicker cure times. My led arrays are a little more money but you get up to 240w in the same area and no need to tear the thing apart.

If you guys are interested in buying some LED arrays for LCD printers Have a look at my thread for details.

Greetings Dear Phife;

Thanks for your post, 30 VS 80 LED power that is going to be awesome 240 Watts, and we don’t have to strip down the panel as much.

Best Regards

Saeed

I was looking at ebay and alibaba and there are a range of UV led in the full UV spectral range up to 500W. What is the ideal wavelength to use for these resins? has anyone tried the high power LED's in the projectors like 100W?
