vat coating sticking on printed part

Hey,

Another big trouble on my printer: the silicone coating sticking on my printed part!? (see picture attached)
Additional to that some of the support structure broke on the left side of the print
Its a 2mm acrylic glass coated with 2mm high quality silicone similar to Sylgard 184 (can't buy it in Austria...)

Anybody got a good advice on how to handle this problem?

Looks like your printing straight up, you can't really do that on silicone VAT coating unless you move to a new spot once you have burnt the area your previous print was at.

What is your layer height at that exposure? If your at 100 micron or less your over curing your resin and it may be burning into the silicone.

How fast are you trying to peel? You need to go fairly slow for the peel, you can ramp up on the return.

just wondering.. how do you make the vat walls. do you somehow bend the plexiglass?(i asume plexiglass)

I was thinking of using thermoforming,

one sheet of 2mm plexiglass, mill out a square in the sheet, heat it up part of the sheet. and pull it over a square form..
voila .. one piece plexiglass sheet with walls

its also much faster and no smelly stuff going on
