Projector Calibration (set focus)

Hi,
what's the best procedure to calibrate the projector and set it in focus, using Creation Workshop ?
The B9 Creator software projects a grid, which is also supplied as a PDF file.
You can print that PDF file (and make sure to print it in 100% size, without resizing),
and then lay the paper onto the VAT floor.
You can then exactly position the projector and focus it to have for example
- a 100 micron resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels, multiplied by 0,1 = 192,0 x 108,0 mm projection area)
- or a 70 micron resolution 1920 x 1080 pixels, multiplied by 0,07 = 134,4 x 75,6 mm projection area)
thank you in advance for any hints.
