Just playing with my new UV sensor and noticed mine doesn't like to work until after I've hit start once....

Hello,I'm trying to combine shutter using SG-90 servo in front of projector lens of my home-made DLP printer.
I revised Marlin V1 FW to enable this line
# define servos 0
and wrote from marlin to arduino.
z axis moving has confirmed and I added these command in CW and press shutter control button on it but nothing happened..
cmdOpenShutter M280 P11 S10
cmdOpenShutter M280 P11 S45
servo is connected as attached picture and jumper has set on pins to supply 5V to servo.
I've been searching for solutions at this forum an google but got no clue yet almost for a week..
Could anyone help this?
