Alright, I had fixed many issues with the cws files saving and loading. I'm up to version 24, and i plan on releasing a solid version soon after I finish up the new software manual. Right now, version 24 is available only to a few vendors.

Dear Steve, I tried as you advice, not much luck, it still syncs to my current display,
I edited "Default_SLA.machine" file, and "default.slicing" file, here
<XRenderSize>1920</XRenderSize>
<YRenderSize>1080</YRenderSize>

and here
<DLP_X_Res>1920</DLP_X_Res>
<DLP_Y_Res>1080</DLP_Y_Res>

no luck, I'm still able to slice at my work PC, but this is really annoying,
if possible please make the manual edit available of the slicing resolution in future versions,

If you are using a standard 15 pin analog vga cable to connect to your projector you may not be able to use resolutions above 1680X1050. If your laptop has a hdmi or displayport output a hdmi/displayport to dvi adapter may solve your problem (monoprice.com is a good place to find adapter cables).
