Hi all,
I'm running into the weirdest problem on my third printer build. I'm trying to print a 10mm test cube. The cube comes out 10x10x23 (stretched on z only). Now here's the weird part. I've calculated my steps per mm over and over. Using manual control, my printer moves exactly 10mm down as it should. When I print the cube, it's not matching. G code also looks correct. The mechanical linkage is solid. I'm so confused because this is working accurately in manual control but not in actual printing. Again, x and y calibration are measured and matching as expected.
Thanks
Vaughan

Re: Z axis bug
Nevermind... Ended up being a linkage problem. Fixed with zip ties and slower accelleratio.
