Haven't had a ton of time lately as I took on the super fun project of rewiring my house....

Still waiting on a new screen. Made a plate to hold the screen. I already had a vat larger than the screen. Plan is to use magnets to hold screen to bottom of vat.

The magnets are on the outside of the screen holder so I don't think there should be an issues. Also as far as I know lcds aren't effected by magnets. Think ipad smart covers.

I haven't seen this, but have you tried running the power off an alternative source. The site says it draws 1.35A which some USB ports might not be able to handle. I'd try a typical 5V wall adapter (maybe from a phone or something).

Did you upgrade the firmware? I think it requires a driver installed on windows if you did.

Thanks dpizzle, I went through the manual and figured it out.
It needed a brightness-change (yellow mode, fast clicks).
This made the flickering go away.

Congrats! That looks great. I assume the cure time was around a minute like photocentric. A bit too long for my taste, I think i'm gonna modify the backlight on mine. I imagine printers in the near future will just allow you to pop in whatever tablet you have and start printing. Pretty amazing if you think about it.
