Some good info hp. Thanks.
Spent some time browsing panelook and found that the all the higher res screens don't have as high of brightness as a lower res screens. It seems the the guys at photocentric3d.com went with that low res screen for a reason. You just can't find a retina type screen with a really high brightness.
This is leading me to the conclusion we'd need an LED array after all. Kinda of a pain but I'm betting we could get really short cure times.
Shipping of the Daylight resin to US is a bit much, contacted them and they said they'll have a US distributor in a few months. I might try the bucktownpolymer visible light resin in the mean time.
