i recall someone testing a similar coating as base
based on this youtube clip
the test failed, resin was stuck between the nano structure and the buildplate, one of the possible reasons this happend is because you squish resin between the vat bottom and buildplate. causing this effect.

As posted before i am in communication with the company that can produce the Teflon Film in Europe.
Considering the very high cost of the material , can anybody give an advice of the thickness of the film , suitable to withstand the high tension required.

I think the carbón3d use 0,0635 mm AF 2400 film

I have receive the quote today for Teflon AF2400.
The price is €425 euros for sheet 30 x 30cm
Thickness : 0.13mm
Is this a logical price?

holy crap, that's not cheap.
But i'm ready to contribute if someone wants to buy it and organize a properly detailed test.
