Looks like someone has made their own:

https://plus.google.com/114625199847921 ... ur3Q6BLBbJ

Details are scarce, but states they used Cytop Film from http://www.agc.com/ - $1450 for 1000ml/1% = 10 grams of film.

Looks like he poured the solution in a glass container, heated for 30-100˚ (guessing celsius) for 5 hours then 100-340˚ for 3 hours.

I have a 40k budget to build an o2 permeable system that also scans the dmd chip image along the build plane.

http://www.nexa3d.com/lspc-technology/

This proves that continuous technology can not be done by puling resin from liquid only layer by layer .

Way is that, because you have 2d photo if we can write in 3d, imagine bottle full resin and we can write with laser like hologram then is possible.

carbon3d take some Sirius money for nothing. have normal dlp printer and good setup my print is 30min per print for me is enough and is good

i always wonder hove can put some transparent oil on it so don"t stick to my print i try some but no success this guy make it i is the first one cal it fast and furious
NOT CONTINUOUS it simply not possible you need to wait til resin get under or slide empty cured resin wen you pull up or down Z.

hi goldi80,

nexa3d is talking about a self-lubricating sheet and probably also works with a deadzone..

this brings me back to uhmwpe [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ultra-high-molecular-weight_polyethylene] I have seen the NX1 with a semi transparant vat
these guys are also talking about a self-lubricating film

uhmwpe is a self-lubricating polymer and i haven't seen anyone try try this film on this forum yet..

another option is ofcourse coating of the film with tehcnologies like this one

cheers,
hp
