great to see you're also trying out the pillow/flex vat approach and having such great results.
i've been using the pillow vat now for some time and its clear to me.. i don't want to use anything else

. very clever desing. i have a few aluminium L shapes and 10 mm pvc panel to work with.

Thanks a lot for the drawing above, very clear, I'm planning to build one.
Please allow me one question:
You are not supporting the FEP film with a glass plate. Any specific reason for this ? Wouldn't it make it easier to avoid bulging of FEP film under the weight of the resin ?
(I'm completely newbie to this)
