Your Z Axis Settings!

Hi I'd like to start a thread to compare Z settings, maybe this would be easier to find out what works best:
G1 Z1.0 F50.0
G1 Z2 F200
G1 Z-2 F200
G1 Z-.95 F50.0
- Layer height: 50 micron
- No tilt/slide
- Borosilicate glass + PDMS
I dont know yet if overlift is better than no overlift.
