Flatbed UV ink for 3d printing with DLP

flatbed uv printers use UV light to print ink on material .
i think we can use this ink in DLP 3d printer ,
this inks excitation with 395nm-410nm wavelength light .
did any one tried it ?

or can we hack flatbed uv printers to print layer by layer (layer on layer ) ?
