Warping

So I've finally got some time to play around with my printer and I'm generally quite happy. However I do have some problems with warping and I'm curious to know if what I'm trying to print just wont happen or if it's a problem with my setup.
I've been trying to print thee CtrlV test piece found at It is 50mm square and 4mm thick. Without fail it will warp and pull off the bed on one side. Other than that it prints great! I have been able to print some other nice pieces like the Make rook which turned out very nice.
My setup is bottom-up with a flex vat and an acer 6510bd. Build plate is aluminum sanded with 60 grit and some holes. I've had this problem with both FunToDo and Spot-GP. 3 bottom layers at 15000 (tried +/- from here) and 2000-3500 for the rest with a number of different lift speeds.
Anyone able to print this part? Any ideas on my problem? Poor plate adhesion? Just too much shrinkage? Was it the butler with the candle stick in the drawing room?
