I am placing a bulk order for 405nm 3 watt LED's. I also have 20pcs of the PCB for the Array and will be ordering more.
If anyone wants some completed LED arrays, or LED's or just the PCB's please let me know and I will add you to my order.

Its just a 365nm UV arrary, would work great for post curing, but wont work for LCD printers as LCD's only allow 400nm and above through the LCD.

Ive begun design of V2 LED array, the new array will be much better, use the new type of LED's and a new kind of lens. It will also have on board current regulation and Proper power and edge connectors for tiling multiple arrays. It wont be ready for another month or two though.
If you need something now I can make you a V1 array, I have 20 V1 boards left, I also have enough LED's and lenses to make 1 maybe 2 boards. The boards are $200 and they come complete, with LED's and power leads soldered and lenses attached. You will need to supply a 36v 200w power supply and the LED Driver (current regulator).
