normal laser printer + UV lamps?

Hi, I'm Edoardo, I'm from Italy and I speak enlglish very bad. I'm not a good drawer too, but sometime I've good ideas. Could someone tell me if this thing could work? If we found a way to recycle the toner... ideas? could it work?

We need to use a trasparent film, we don't need to melt the toner so we can recycle it
